What is an Induction Pipe Bending Machine?

An MF induction pipe bending machine utilizes an intermediate frequency power induction heating source to heat steel pipes. As the steel pipe is uniformly pushed forward, the heated section bends along a preset track to form a curve with a specific radius and angle. First, the steel pipe is positioned, and the bending radius is adjusted via a lead screw-driven mechanism on the rocker arm assembly. The induction coil of the medium frequency induction pipe bending machine heats the steel pipe to a precise temperature before bending. During bending, hydraulic power drives a trolley to push the pipe forward, deforming it along the pre-adjusted bending radius at the heated zone. After deformation, the pipe is cooled by water spraying to achieve the required bent fittings.

Power System

The power system comprises a motor and a reducer, operating in two states: fast forward/backward and working forward, driven by an AC motor and a frequency conversion motor, respectively.

  • Frequency Conversion Motor: Supplies the working power for the bending machine.
  • AC Motor: Controls braking and electromagnetic clutch linkage via the AC motor.

Transmission Mechanism

Includes components such as gear sets, chains, and guide rails.
