Technical description

1) Spring windering:

The spring windering adopts no-twist disc pay-off, the pay-off reel can be tilted at different angles, controlled by the cylinder, and the disc diameter. With non-stop welding function, it is equipped with a pay-off stand made of seamless steel tubes. Reversible vertical rotary pay-off device, the rotary bearing base is made of steel. The seamless steel pipe of the cable management frame is welded and formed, and horizontal and vertical rotating rollers are added at the exit to avoid abrasion of the steel wire surface, and the production efficiency is high. Check the steel grade, specification and surface quality of the semi-finished oil-quenched steel wire according to the requirements of the process bill. Unqualified materials shall not be put into production; the steel wire shall be hung smoothly to ensure smooth and unwinding.

In order to minimize the fouling in the furnace pipe and the furnace mouth, try not to use rusty steel wire and do not bring in thin iron wire; also try to reduce the dirt on the steel wire, so the steel wire must pass through the decontamination device before entering the furnace

2) Straightening machine:

Add horizontal and vertical rotating rollers at the entrance. The machine is equipped with two pairs of steel continuous feed wheels at the incoming end, a vertical horizontal straightener in the middle, and four pairs of steel continuous feed wheels at the rear end. The two groups of continuous feed wheels are respectively driven by two independent transmission systems. The lower wheel for continuous feed is the driving wheel. The power shaft of the driving wheel and the reducer shaft are connected by a sprocket. All reducers are cycloidal pin wheel reducers. The straightening wheel is opened or pressed through the lead screw to complete the straightening process of the wire.

3) Hardening oil tank:

The box body is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the upper section is opened. The seat body is made of welded section steel. Four sections of spray quenching tubes are placed in the groove. A horizontal godet roller is installed inside the box, and the height is adjustable. The combined cooling method of oil injection + oil immersion is adopted. When the steel wire oil is quenched, the oil surface should be 4cm higher than the steel wire, but the quenching oil cannot be spilled out of the groove, nor can it enter the furnace body, to ensure production safety. When the steel wire exits the oil groove, the oil adhering to the steel wire should be wiped as clean as possible. Observe the oil level of the quenching oil tank frequently, which is not enough to add in time. Try to reduce the quenching oil on the steel wire into the tempering furnace and increase the oil removal device.

4)Tempering water tank:

The box body is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the upper section is opened. The seat body is made of welded section steel. The machine consists of frame, cooling pipe, air blowing device, etc. It can quickly and evenly cool the steel wire and dry the surface of the steel wire. The furnace temperature setting of the steel wire quenching and tempering heat treatment furnace is in accordance with the technological requirements.

5) Clean water tank:

The box body is made of 304 stainless steel plate. The machine consists of frame, cooling pipe, air blowing device, etc. The main function is to further remove the oil stains and water traces on the surface of the steel wire, so that the clean and dry steel wire enters the tempering furnace of the steel wire quenching and tempering heat treatment device to prevent the steel wire from rusting.
