Process production flow:
Turning over materials → Feeding materials → Induction heating → Heat preservation → Rapid discharge of materials → Spring coiling → Trimming → (Temperature raising) → Quenching and cooling → Tempering → Tempering spray cooling
This production line system is composed of a control part, a mechanical transmission part and an induction heating part. Among them, the feeding and rapid discharge AC variable speed drive system is composed of an inverter and a motor. With the IGBT ultra-audio frequency induction heating power supply as the core, centralized control is carried out through the PLC to complete the process control of the system. Thus, the high efficiency of the system, the high quality of the products and the high consistency of the performance are achieved.
Control part:
One Siemens TP277 touch screen, one set of Siemens S7-200 PLC, two high-precision infrared thermometers and three ABB inverters.
Mechanical transmission part:
Material turning rack, feeding mechanism, heat preservation furnace transmission mechanism, rapid discharger, temperature measurement and sorting mechanism
Induction heating part:
Two sets of induction heating power supplies, two sets of load capacitor cabinets and three sets of inductors.
Features: ① The production line runs fully automatically. It can record and monitor parameters such as the number of workpieces, temperature, and the working voltage, current, power and speed of the equipment, and conduct statistics and analysis on the heating quality of the workpieces. It is easy to operate and maintain.
② The IGBT induction heating power supply with the latest domestic technology is adopted, which has the advantages of energy conservation and high efficiency, and the overall heating efficiency is greater than 0.6.
③ It has a wide range of applications. Springs with a diameter of φ12-φ85mm can be produced without changing the equipment configuration.
④ The overall mobile inductor structure can automatically switch the inductor according to the diameter of the workpiece, and it is convenient and quick to replace the porcelain tube, which improves the production efficiency.
⑤ The transmission mechanisms in the high-temperature links are all made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel materials, with a long service life.
⑥ The heating chamber of the heat preservation furnace is reasonably arranged, and the fully automatic temperature control system has the advantages of energy conservation and high efficiency.
⑦ The fully closed cooling circulation pipeline and all-stainless steel pipeline improve the stability of the equipment operation.
Purpose: It is mainly used for hot coiled springs and quenching with residual heat. By adjusting the equipment configuration, it can be used for quenching and tempering treatment, annealing treatment and tempering treatment of bar materials.
