Outer Race Induction Hardening Machine

Bell shell outer race/wheel bearing induction hardening/tempering equipment is designed for induction quenching of multi-variety and multi-specification constant velocity universal joint bell shell components and automotive hub bearing parts. The outer race induction hardening machine tool is centrally controlled by an intelligent numerical control system. Workpiece movement/turnover during loading/unloading and processing is fully automated via a manipulator, while station rotation is automatically executed by a turntable.

This outer race induction hardening equipment features two quenching stations and one tempering station, enabling simultaneous completion of induction quenching and tempering processes for different parts. The induction heating power supply utilizes a world-leading transistor solid-state DSP induction heating power supply with full digital control technology, comprehensive protection functions, and a digital parameter-setting and display interface. A dedicated process parameter management and monitoring system can real-time record various operational data of the equipment and support historical data query functions.
