Functions and applications of Induction Hardening Scanner

The parameters of the quenching station of the special CNC quenching machine can be set independently, and only one person can operate.It has the functions of continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, segmental continuous quenching, and simultaneous quenching.

Special CNC quenching machine consists of base, bed, cover frame, table lifting system, spindle rotation system, CNC and electrical control system.

The machine bed and base are welded with Q235A structural steel. After welding, the whole body is subjected to stress relief annealing to eliminate stress and ensure dimensional stability.

The table lifting system is composed of a servo motor, a worm gear reducer, a lifting rack and the like.The moving speed can be arbitrarily set according to the process requirements, the movement is light, the guiding precision is high, and the positioning is accurate.At the same time, it has a reverse self-locking function to ensure that the workpiece can stay in any position without slipping on its own.

 The spindle rotation is driven by an asynchronous motor. The spindle is driven by the reducer, the drive shaft and the gear pair that can be lifted and lowered. The variable speed control can be used to set the speed according to the process requirements of the quenching parts.

The lower part of the machine frame is welded, the upper part is made of industrial aluminum alloy profile, the front operation window is in the form of sliding door, and the rear load window is in the form of opening door.A stainless steel telescopic shield is placed on the main shaft to prevent the quenching liquid from leaking downward.A bag filter device is arranged at the liquid discharge port to prevent dirt from entering the quenching medium circulation system.

A high-frequency load adjustment frame is fixed on the machine tool, which can be adjusted in two dimensions to make the induction coil and the workpiece quenching part relatively accurate.The Y direction is driven by a servo motor, and the induction coil is electrically adjusted to the quenching surface by a ball screw or a linear guide. The adjustment distance is 200 mm. The X direction is manually adjusted, and the adjustment distance is ±30mm.

The spray system of the machine tool consists of a solenoid valve, a regulating valve and a pressure gauge.Equipped with main spray and auxiliary spray system to meet the quenching process requirements of some special parts; spray and cooling line interface, with quick joint.

The machine tool control system adopts two-coordinate numerical control servo system, one coordinate corresponds to the workpiece lifting, and the other coordinate corresponds to the offset movement of the induction coil.Can store more than dozens of quenching programs, ready for users to call at any time.

The machine has manual and automatic functions, interlocking manual and automatic operation.In the manual working state, separate moving, rotating, heating and spraying operations can be carried out. The manual operation is mainly used for equipment debugging.In the automatic working state, mainly for the normal production of equipment.
