This set of equipment uses robot vision camera to grab materials into High frequency induction heating machine heating quenching workstation.

After quenching, robot grab materials feeding, after being feeding table to store two artifacts, artifacts into the tempering furnace to temper.

This complete production line can implement full automatic processing of specifications of the driving wheel feeding, heating, quenching, tempering, cooling, inspection, cleaning, cutting, etc.

MES information server by workshop switches and communications equipment, data acquisition, visualization kanban real-time status display equipment, equipment operation parameters, equipment and alarm information, alarm statistical analysis, production statistics, state records, artifact traceability etc.
